The only way for myself to expose at any length is in my sketches or paintings.
ever since i was a toddaler receiving councilling, i would draw how i felt about particular things. As part of the phycoatric work. there for it became my way to express myself. I feel writing about experiences/feelings is to over emotional for instance i struggle and get aggitated in finding the write words to match what i am feeling at the time. Plus people may get hold of our journals/ diarys and read word from word what was going through our minds and misinterpret. But when it comes to placing pen to paper which i call (the invisable diary)i can express my anger, fustration, depression what ever i feel while at the same time people can only interpret what you are expressing not noing the whole meaning behind your invisable diary
